This moisturizer is definitely in a gel consistency. It is very moisturizing and cooling. It has a pleasant smell. I mainly use it at night in conjunction with the Corthe Rich Cream, to provide an extra moisturizing effect. It lasts all night. When I wake up in the AM my skin is glowing and juicy. It doesn’t dry up, doesn’t even come off with the tossing and turning I do at night. I love using it even more, when I am undergoing a Rosacea flare up.
